About Me


I am a fighter and a brain tumor survivor who overcome challenging odds at a young age. My recovery, rehabilitation process and passion for helping others inspired me to pursue a career in the fitness, nutrition and wellness industry. In 2004 I took my first steps towards guiding others to be a healthy and more confident version of themselves.

I hold a professional certification through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) in Personal Training with additional certification/specializations in Corrective Exercise, Pilates Mat Science and Group Fitness Instruction. In addition, I am a Texas based Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant through AFPA (American Fitness Professionals & Associates.) AFPA is nationally accredited by the American Naturopathic Medical Accreditation Board.

I have over 5 years experience working in clinical and hospital settings alongside physical therapists and physicians. My extensive background in rehabilitative exercise and mindful nutrition has helped lead hundreds of clients to effective lifestyle changesand long term success.

I help women build strength and confidence in their body, mind, and soul. I don't just focus on diet and exercise. I also help you understand your relationship with food and movement, so you can make lasting changes that will benefit you both physically and mentally.

I'm committed to empowering you throughout your fitness journey with compassion, support, and education. I've been a certified personal trainer for 20 years and have helped hundreds of women improve their physical and mental well-being by becoming stronger and more confident.

Yesterday I proudly celebrated my 20th anniversary of being a teacher/leader in the fitness industry. Best decision I ever made! In my own recovery I got the privilege to help others through their recovery/fitness journey! That’s living my best life right there!! ❤️

It will be a fitness home for kids and adults to build strength and confidence through new heights (or closer to the ground if you’re not about that feet in the air kinda life 😆) Aside from aerial classes there will be Pilates, Yoga, Strength Building and Fitness Dance classes. There will also be youth summer camps starting in July.  More details coming soon.
