$329 (3 months), $109/month after

(mandatory 3 month commitment to start, after that can go month to month and cancel at any time).

  • 3 assessment sessions with 3D body scan analysis and report (1 per month for 60 minutes)
  • 12 weeks plan of highly customized workouts
  • Basic nutrition guidance/education
  • 3 consultation calls with Melissa (1 per month for 30 minutes)
  • Weekly check ins (via text)
  • 24/7 email access to Melissa

Online Nutrition Education Program


This informative program helps individuals and their families to make healthier food choices without deprivation and choose physically active lifestyles by acquiring the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behavior changes necessary to improve their overall health.

What is included:

  • 6 informative nutrition/wellness modules: Each one has a 45-60 minute video and application activities to assist in applying what was taught to your daily nutrition practices.

Jumpstart Nutrition Program


The Jumpstart Nutrition program is tailored for individuals seeking a boost to kickstart their journey. It offers fundamental guidance and education on meal selection, creating balanced dishes, and managing portion sizes.

What is included:

  • Initial consultation to discuss goals and draw up an action plan (60 minutes)
  • 1 follow up goals session to address plan after implementation for tweaks and provide guidance (45 minutes)
  • Meal planning guidance based on your needs/preferences
  • 3D body scan
  • 2 week follow up support
