- 5 (30-minute) scheduled sessions via phone or video chat to celebrate progress, overcome challenges, and establish next steps

The Breakthrough is a nutrition program designed for people who want results without spending hours in the gym or obsessively counting calories. It is a comprehensive program that will help you achieve your goals in a healthy and sustainable way.
This program will teach you:
- How to transform your body and mind, together, to view food in a healthy way.
- How to set realistic, effective, and sustainable goals for the lifestyle you want without compromising what you currently have.

- A 60-minute initial consultation session to establish your goals and map out an action plan to help you achieve them.
- An assessment of your current dietary intake, nutrition habits, and activity levels to identify the factors that are keeping you from reaching your goals.
- A full-body scan and analysis to gauge your lean body mass vs. fat mass (includes initial plus 2 follow-up scans).
- 11 (30-minute) scheduled sessions via phone or video chat to celebrate your progress, overcome challenges, and establish next steps.
- Between-session email/messenger support for any questions you have.
